MAINE ARTIST’S WORK WILL BE SEEN ON EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION

FARMINGDALE, ME: Alan Claude’s lighthouse prints will be seen on the wildly popular television show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Sundays 8/7c on ABC.  The episode featuring Claude’s artwork is slated to air on Sunday, December 6^th.  The vintage-style posters are part of the artist’s Maine Lighthouse Collection, a continuing series of popular lighthouse prints reminiscent of European travel posters of the 1930’s.

“I am thrilled to be part of this project,” said Claude. “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is one of the most uplifting programs on television.  I choose to draw lighthouses because they are positive symbols of hope and strength.  It is a wonderful privilege that my lighthouse art will help bring good energy into a special family’s new home.”

The Emmy award winning reality program Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, now in its 7th season, is produced by Endemol USA, a division of Endemol Holding. It’s executive-produced by Anthony Dominici.
