We love the real Bug Light and our Alan Claude piece of art. We have our poster framed on our stairwell and it looks so good. The quality of the print is excellent and the colors are special. We are ordering a second poster (Maine - The Way Life Should Be) to go with it. We love visiting Maine and seeing these posters in our home in Houston keep Maine close to our hearts every day. We are big Maine and Alan Claude fans!

After almost 50 years away, my wife and I moved back to Maine and bought a cottage at Granite Hill Estates, a retirement community in Hallowell. We painted accent walls in bold, bright colors -- including a deep blue. Alan Claude did a monthly showing of his work at the Maine Lodge here, and when I saw this striking print, I knew it would be perfect in the foyer of my new Maine home. I look forward to visiting Alan's gallery in Gardiner.

Being a Maine girl but living out of state I buy them every year for me and my daughter who lives in Georgia and my girlfriend who lives in Rockland. We remind each other every month, don't forget to change your Calander!

Over the past few years, we’ve visited Market Square Days in Portsmouth and always admired this print. Each time, we were out for the day and didn’t want the hassle of carrying it home, so we kept putting it off. It took us a little longer than planned, but after renovating our kitchen, we finally ordered it online, and even chose a larger size than we had originally considered. We framed it ourselves to match the room, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We’ve received so many compliments on it!

Alan Claude’s art calendar is much more than a schedule—Mr. Claude captures Maine’s beauty in the cycle of light, solitude, and return. Growing up in Maine shaped how I see this beauty; and I’m so lucky to be able to come back each summer. In the months that I’m unable to physically be there, Mr. Claude takes me there with his gorgeous art.

When I saw The Peonies in the Alan Claude Gallery, I could almost smell them. If I were in the original Mary Poppins movie, I would jump into this scene! I grew up in Maine, but I live in Colorado now. These works of art in my cubicle bring just enough of my childhood back to remind me how beautiful my home state is. I can't wait to visit!

I love getting my yearly calendar whether it’s a Christmas present or I buy it myself. It adorns my kitchen wall where I see it every day and I actually use it to look at dates rather than my phone. The calendar is fun to switch out at the beginning of each month and see the new scenes. One request could you put somewhere on the calendar page where the scene was painted or include a listing in the packet?

I love the artwork at Alan Claude's gallery. I have several of them throughout my house. I feel it adds a coastal warmth to my home. I get compliments on them all the time.
